Frequently asked questions
How long is the processing/ shipping time?
All items are handmade to order, and will be dropped off at the post office 2-3 days after the day of your purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. I am located in Southern California.
Standard Shipping is Ground Advantage USPS shipping (3-5 days, not including weekends), if you need the items sooner please upgrade to Priority Shipping (1-3 days, not including weekends).
**Rhinestone Pickets are the only exception to the 2-3 day handling time, as the glue for the rhinestones needs time to completely dry. Therefore, pickets require a 7 day handling time (including weekends & holidays). Please order with enough time.**
Do you offer returns?
Since items are custom made, I do not normally offer refunds/ returns. Once items are dropped off at the post office, Shopify will send you an email confirming the drop off, and if your email is included in your order form, I'll personally send you an additional email with your tracking number.
In the event that I am at fault and I made a mistake when making the item, please Contact me and I will fix the situation.
I am not responsible for late/ lost shipments as I am no longer in control of the item once it arrives at the post office. If there are any issues with shipping (lost/ late package, etc) feel free to reach out to me and I'll contact USPS to try to get more info for you (or open a case for you)
Can I place a custom order for a group/ item that's not listed?
I mainly create merch for groups that I listen to, but I will gladly create merch for all other groups/ solo artists/ actors etc.
I specialize in headbands, buttons, stickers, cake toppers, lightstick signs, lightstick bows, handheld concert signs, hair bows, hair clips, graduation cap toppers, satin ribbon eternal flower bouquets, etc.
If you have any custom requests or ideas for anything, please contact me through the Contact page with any questions/ ideas (inspo pictures/ drawings are great too) and I'll respond through email. Or if you'd prefer, send me a DM on Instagram @la.chula.creates and I'll respond there. I usually respond within the hour.
